Why is my AC leaking water inside the room?
Almost always a blocked or badly sloped drain line, a dirty filter causing coil icing, or a failed drain pump. We flush the drain, clean the coil and filter, and check the pipe fall so it does not return.
How often should an AC be serviced in Dubai?
Every three to six months for most homes, and more often for units running continuously or in dusty areas. Regular servicing keeps cooling efficient and electricity bills lower.
My AC runs but does not cool — is it gas?
Sometimes, but not always. Dirty filters and coils, a failed capacitor, a faulty thermostat or a tripped outdoor unit cause the same symptom. We test before recommending a gas top-up.
Do you install new AC units?
Yes. We supply and install or fit units you have purchased, including bracket mounting, copper piping, insulation, drainage and power connection, then commission and test the system.
Do you offer AC maintenance contracts?
